Multi-Mailbox Search – Exchange Online provides a web-based interface for searching the contents of mailboxes in an organization. Multi-mailbox search can search simultaneously across primary mailboxes and personal archives.
Disclaimers – A disclaimer is text that’s automatically added to e-mail messages. Disclaimers are typically used to provide legal information, warnings about unknown or unverified senders, or for other reasons as determined by an organization.
Supervisor Mailbox -All messages can be copied to this account or just those sent internally or externally. This feature is very useful in preventing data leakage via email.
Retention Policies– Retention policies use retention tags to apply retention settings to e-mail messages and folders. Retention tags define an age limit that specifies how long items are retained, and a retention action that specifies what happens to items that reach the retention age limit.
Archive Mailbox – Users can use the archive mailbox, also called a personal archive, to store historical messaging data by moving or copying messages from their primary mailbox to their archive mailbox.
In-Place eDiscovery – Exchange Online enables customers to search the contents of mailboxes across an organization using a web-based interface. Administrators or compliance and security officials who are authorized to perform In-Place eDiscovery search (by assigning) can search email messages, attachments, calendar appointments, tasks, contacts, and other items. In-Place eDiscovery can search simultaneously across primary mailboxes and archives. Rich filtering capabilities include sender, receiver, message type, sent/receive date, and carbon copy/blind carbon copy, along with SQL Syntax. Search results will also include items in the Deleted Items folder if they match the search query.
